1. Service Scope & Educational Disclaimer

The Eloquent Society provides high-performance executive communication coaching, group masterclasses, and leadership development resources[cite: 3, 8].

Scope: Services provided are strictly professional development and leadership coaching[cite: 3, 8].

Disclaimer: Services do not constitute licensed psychological counseling, therapy, legal advice, or guaranteed employment/promotional outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual application and execution.

2. Payment Terms & Refund Policies

1-on-1 Private Coaching ($3,500 USD / ¥550,000 JST): Payment is due in full or via an agreed installment structure prior to the commencement of Session 1[cite: 3, 8]. Due to the limited availability of 1-on-1 client spots, coaching fees are non-refundable once session fulfillment has begun[cite: 3, 8].

Monthly Paid Masterclasses ($97 USD): Masterclass ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Registered participants receive 30-day access to event recordings if unable to attend live[cite: 3, 8].

Recurring Membership ($97 USD/month): Subscriptions auto-renew monthly[cite: 3]. Members may cancel their subscription at any time prior to their next billing cycle via the Tekmatix portal settings. No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

Corporate L&D Reimbursements: Clients utilizing company L&D stipends remain personally responsible for full program payment. The Company provides itemized invoices and proposals but cannot guarantee internal employer approval timeline or eligibility[cite: 3, 8].

3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy (1-on-1 Sessions)

Active 1-on-1 coaching clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a booked private coaching session[cite: 8].

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notification ("no-shows") will be forfeited and counted against the total session package balance[cite: 8].

4. Intellectual Property & License

All curriculum, frameworks, video recordings, slides, templates, and downloadable assets (including The Eloquent Method™ and The TES Clarity & Confidence Framework™) are the exclusive intellectual property of The Eloquent Society[cite: 3, 8]. Enrolled clients are granted a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal leadership development. Redistribution, resale, or commercial training use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Session Recordings & Group Participation

Group masterclasses and Q&A sessions are recorded for member playback[cite: 3, 8]. By participating in group sessions, you consent to being recorded within the context of the platform. Private 1-on-1 sessions are recorded solely for the client's confidential review.
